How we workCoaching is usually done over the phone on a weekly basis. Phone sessions make it accessible and convenient for everyone. We can also arrange face to face meetings or group sessions as are appropriate. Prayer sessions are usually done face to face. For these meetings, Shirley has an office in Tucson, AZ or we can meet in other convenient locations. Coaching is goal directed and the fee is set on this basis, not on an hourly basis. We are partnering to reach YOUR goal. This means that you set your goal and your coach helps you stay focused and reach your goal. This process is similar to the athlete who wants to run a marathon, but needs a coach to help them stay on track, focus on their strengths and on what works to reach their goal. Call Shirley and have a free one-half hour session and see how coaching works. For this brief session, it works best if you have a small goal in mind to work on.
